About the guarantee
The only guarantee we offer is the conditional performance guarantee for the Incubator Sprint, set out in full in Section 5B of our Terms of Service. It is a conditional refund undertaking and nothing more. It is not a representation, projection or promise that you will reach $25,000 per month or any other figure.
It applies only to the Incubator Sprint, only where your revenue is between $0 and $17,000 per month at the point of enrolment, and only where every one of the ten qualifying conditions is satisfied in every single week of the guarantee period. Those conditions include four coaching calls each week, completing the training in the order directed, posting your progress in the community each week, submitting the weekly accountability tracker in full and on time, running the agreed offer without changing the offer, price or market, 300 individually sent outreach messages each week, seven pieces of original content each week, five sales calls each week from week three onward booked through the system we direct, a weekly check-in with your account manager, and all four one to one sessions attended at the times scheduled. Failing any single condition in any single week voids the guarantee entirely and permanently, whether or not it was your fault and whether or not you make the shortfall up later.
The burden of proof sits with you. Activity must be recorded in the week it relates to, in the systems we direct. Activity that is not recorded in that week is treated as not having happened. Any refund is limited to the program fees actually received by Voics LLC and does not extend to ad spend, software, subscriptions, contractors, staff, agencies, travel, accommodation, event or mastermind tickets, payment processing fees, currency costs or taxes. A claim must be submitted in writing with complete evidence within 14 days of the end of the guarantee period, by a client who has paid in full with no outstanding balance. Reaching $25,000 at any point in the period satisfies and discharges the guarantee, with no partial or pro-rata refund. A missed or late payment, a chargeback, a pause in participation, or false or backdated reporting voids the guarantee immediately.
Enrolment is governed by the Voics LLC Terms of Service, including the no-refund policy in Section 5, the payment terms in Section 5A, the conditional performance guarantee in Section 5B and the disclaimer of results in Section 10. Where anything on this page differs from the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service apply.
