Scale your online business in three days by optimising your offer, content and sales process.
25 spots. Half are already gone.Three days in Bali where we fix your biggest bottleneck to finally scale your business, with the Voics team working directly with you until the gaps are closed.
Most online businesses that plateau aren't failing because the owner isn't working hard enough.
They plateau because the three things that drive revenue - the offer, the content that attracts clients, and the sales process that converts them - are all operating in isolation.
Adjust one and it doesn't move the others. Spend months refining one area and the ceiling barely shifts.
This is the ecosystem problem.
And it's the reason agency owners and coaches stay stuck at the same revenue number for quarters or years at a time despite genuine effort.
The fix isn't more information. Most people who come to us have already consumed significant amounts of it. The fix is having someone who can see your entire business from the outside, identify where the actual constraint is, and help you resolve it in a structured environment where the work gets done, not just discussed.
That's what this mastermind is built for.
What Actually Happens
This is a hands-on, immersive event, not a speaker series.
Day One - Offer and Positioning
We go into your offer in depth. What it is, how it's structured, how it's priced, and how it's communicated to prospects.
If the positioning is wrong or you're creating friction before prospects even reach a sales conversation, we'll fix it here. This is hands-on, specific to your business, and done with direct feedback from the team.
Day Two - Sales Process
Where are calls being lost and why. How is your pipeline being managed? What's the gap between the calls you're booking and the clients you're signing.
We look at the full process from how prospects arrive at a call to what happens after it and we rebuild the parts that are underperforming.
Day Three - Integration
You leave with a concrete plan. Not a set of ideas to think about on the flight home.
A specific, sequenced framework covering what to focus on over the next six to twelve months and what to do first. This is the day where the previous two days' work becomes something you can actually execute.
The Voics team is in the room across all three days - our head of marketing, head of sales, and Darren. Not observing. Working right beside you.
Results from previous events
One client came to our last event on the verge of shutting down. She was overwhelmed, losing clients, and genuinely unsure whether the business had a future. Within a week of the event, she had closed a $40,000 engagement from a single client because we rebuilt her sales process and repositioned her offer over those three days.
Another attendee, Ben, was generating $5,000 a month when he first worked with us. He's now at over $100,000 a month. The shift came from specific changes to his pricing structure and how he was positioning his service in sales conversations.
Or there's Jiri, who says that our mastermind was the main factor in him being able to get his business to $400k a month within its first year after launching.
These aren't presented as guarantees or as average outcomes. They're presented as evidence of what becomes possible when the right constraints are identified and removed in a focused environment.
Who this is for
This event is for agency owners and coaches who are already operating a digital business, already generating revenue, and who are at a point where the ceiling is clearly their systems and processes - not their work ethic or their ambition.
You should be able to point to a specific problem in your business... This is not the right event if you're in the early stages of building a business and don't yet have the operational foundation to work from.
Why Bali, September
The location is deliberate. Three days away from the day-to-day operations of your business, in an environment that's set up for focused work, produces a different quality of thinking than a day-long workshop squeezed into a working week.
Exact dates and logistics are confirmed on application.
Apply
Attendance is by application. We review each application to confirm the event is the right fit for where your business is. If you're accepted, you'll receive the full event details and what to prepare before you arrive.
Is this right for me if I'm a solo founder with a small team?
Yes, provided you have an operating business with revenue. The work done at the mastermind is applicable regardless of team size and the constraints we typically work on are not headcount-dependent.
How many people attend?
We keep numbers deliberately small so the team can work on each business in depth. Most of our previous masterminds have had around 50 entrepreneurs in the room.
I've attended masterminds before and found them light on substance.
The structure of this event is deliberately different. The three days are built around doing actual work on your business with people who have built and scaled theirs.
